Mel is a California licensed real estate Broker with extensive experience in all aspects of sales transactions, including full-service brokerage, transactional management, legal compliance, and brokerage operations. Throughout her real estate career, she has developed a strong foundation in customer service for buyers, sellers, tenants, and affiliated parties together with contract administration and risk management matters. Her background, experience, attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy uniquely qualify her for the role she carries leading Transactional Services at Ca Ag Properties. She is devoted full time to helping ensure that customer service remains highly distinguished throughout the transactional process, including ensuring that transactions are managed efficiently from engagement through closing and that clients receive the high level of support Ca Ag Properties is devoted to, throughout the process and after.

In her most recent position, prior to Ca Ag Properties, Mel served as the sole compliance broker for a large real estate brokerage, where she was responsible for transactional oversight, regulatory compliance, file auditing, and risk management for over 100 real estate licensees. Through this experience, she deployed her comprehensive knowledge of sales of all kinds, real estate contracts, disclosures, escrow procedures, and the operational processes necessary to lead to successful transactions to support agents and protect clients. That broad, deep knowledge and ability is now deployed to serve and assist the interest of all of our clients.

At Ca Ag Properties, Mel plays a key role in supporting the brokerage's transactional operations. She assists with the preparation or review of engagement agreements, letters of intent, purchase agreements, disclosures, and other transaction-related documentation. She also coordinates with clients, escrow officers, title companies, legal counsel, brokers and other industry professionals to help ensure that deadlines are met, documentation is accurate, and transactions continue moving forward efficiently.

Mel's expertise in transactional services and compliance matters provides valuable operational support to our clients and the brokerage serving them. Her methodical approach and strong understanding of real estate processes help maintain the high standards of professionalism and quality that define Ca Ag Properties. By combining technical knowledge with a service-oriented mindset, she contributes to the firm's ability to manage complex transactions while delivering a seamless and professional experience.
