Thuy has lived in Fresno for many years and truly enjoys being part of the Central Valley community. Her longstanding connection to the region has given her a strong appreciation for the agricultural landscape and the role land plays in the Valley’s economy and way of life. She has a passion for GIS work and brings a devotion to data integrity and work product quality, allowing her to best serve our clients and the brokerage team.

Thuy has deep experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), specializing in data management, spatial analysis, and mapping. Her background includes work in natural resources for the UC system, government, and agriculture, including past work for a very large farming family in the Central Valley of California. Through these roles, she has developed a strong foundation in managing and interpreting complex datasets and producing professional GIS solutions affiliated therewith.

Over the course of her career, Thuy has worked with a wide range of spatial datasets, including property boundaries, water resources, soil classifications, and land use information. Her ability to organize and analyze these data sources allows her to create accurate and highly functional mapping tools that support informed decision-making for both internal teams and clients.

At Ca Ag Properties, Thuy plays a key role in developing detailed maps and spatial data that support property analysis and marketing. She works closely with the brokerage team to prepare mapping materials for property packages, presentations, and client analysis. Her expertise helps transform technical data into clear, informative visuals that assist clients in understanding the unique characteristics of each property, which in turn adds meaningful value for both buyers and sellers.
